About Me

Past—

My Name is Whittneyy_Lynn, Welcome to my page!

As you probably know I am a Personal Trainer from Deltona Florida; a small town outside of Orlando. I was born in 1994 in Connecticut and made my way to North Carolina. Most of my time in high school was spent playing volleyball or with my ponies. Horses were a big part of my life, then, my life was turned upside down. Losing my mother to Breast Cancer at 12 years old sparked my interest in health and wellness. Watching my mother struggle made me realize the importance of health. Everyone has their own Journey to their calling. I was indecisive about my calling for years. I prayed and prayed for God to show me what my calling was and one day the ah-ha moment hit me, and wah-la, I became Personal Trainer.  It has been my best decision yet! I was always underestimated being tall and small. So, I started powerlifting and bodybuilding and over time the hard work and perseverance paid off. Now with my certification, I have the opportunity to help women with their journey.

Present—

I am a health and wellness major at the University of North Carolina Asheville. I am currently finishing up my Junior year of college. Through a lot of my courses, I’ve learned the importance of wellness. Everything is connected, your mindset, what you eat, how you train, how much sleep you get, and so much more play a role in your overall wellbeing. With this, I learned that balance is key. If one thing is off, then everything is off. It’s crucial to find balance!

The most important thing you need to know about me though is,

I LOVE WHAT I DO!

God has truly blessed me with some amazing opportunities!

Future--

My journey was about overcoming the many obstacles put in my path, trying to stop me from reaching my goals. For my future, I plan to continue to grow my business, and inspire women to be grateful for every obstacle, as they are opportunities! I hope to inspire and help others to overcome their obstacles and achieve above and beyond their goals. Most importantly, I hope to help others love themselves and if not yet established, gain that confidence in themselves and their abilities!
